On your free site survey we will:

• Check inside wall stud locations

• Determine what type and length of wire is needed

• Determine type of termination points, and any hardware required

• Confirm installation price and schedule an installation date

Standard Category 5e Wiring Installation includes:

Typical installation costs $175 for first drop up to 300', $125 for any additional drop with same termination points*

• Category 5e or better quality standard or plenum cable will be ran from a central location to each termination point

• All wiring pulled through walls and ceilings and neatly tied up**

• Cat5e Patch panel, or other method of termination installed, and wiring punched down at central termination point

• Ends terminated to Cat5e RJ-45 connectors, and wall plates installed

• Testing of each connection after installation is completed.

• Labels attached to both termination points to allow ease of future termination identification

• Provide customer with map of termination locations and number scheme

Typical installation costs $250 for first drop up to 300', $175 for any additional drop with same termination points*

• Category 6 or better quality standard or plenum cable will be ran from a central location to each termination point

• All wiring pulled through walls and ceilings and neatly tied up**

• Cat6 Patch panel, or other method of termination installed, and wiring punched down at central termination point

• Ends terminated to Cat6 RJ-45 connectors, and wall plates installed

• Testing of each connection after installation is completed.

• Labels attached to both termination points to allow ease of future termination identification

• Provide customer with map of termination locations and number scheme

Standard 802.11a/b/g Wireless Networking Installation includes:

Typical installation costs $450 for first access point and single client, $125 for any additional access points or clients, or $225 for any single access point or client*

• 802.11a/b/g wireless access point installed in central location

• Access point configured to work with existing or new WAN/internet access***

• Access point wireless security configured

• 802.11a/b/g wireless networking card installed into client and configured to access point

• Confirmation of adequate signal strength and proper client/access point communication

• Provide customer with router security passkey, router password, and any other information necessary for future upgrades/maintenance

Shared Printer or Drive Installation includes:

Typical installation costs $200, additional printer/drive shares $100*

• If printer is network capable, install network card in printer

• If printer is not network capable, install print server or share through client

• Share drive through network

• Configure clients for printer/drive access

*All Prices include labor rates only, unless otherwise specified.  Any extra required parts are not included in price.  Since all installations are different, prices could be slightly higher than listed, and are subject to change without notice.  A 1 year warranty is included on all labor.  Any parts are covered by the manufacturer's warranty.  Payment is due on the following schedule, unless otherwise specified: 10% upon contract signing, 50% on first day of work, and 40% upon completion of work.  Payment is accepted in form of cash or check.

**For installations where there is inadequate access to fish wires through the wall, or where the wire is to be hidden in a wall that contains insulation, vapor barriers, or any other obstructions, wire may be concealed by provided paintable or matching track molding.  For installations involving drops to locations where walls are not available, a floor track or conduit may be used, at an additional cost.

***WAN/internet access (if desired) must be provided by the customer.  If more than 30 minutes is required, or a second visit is necessary to configure the WAN/internet an additional cost may be applicable.
