Standard Computer Diagnostics includes:

Typical diagnostics cost $125 per hour (paid upon completion of work)*

• Diagnose and repair computer problems

Monthly Maintenance Plan includes:

Typical Maintenance plan costs $1,000 per month (paid monthly)*

• 24/7 Emergency access phone number

• VIP customer access at any time, any day (including holidays and weekends)

• First 8 hours per month included (additional time billed at the current hourly rate)

• Monthly check-up to confirm proper network/computer operation (check-up may be performed remotely)

*All Prices include labor rates only, unless otherwise specified.  Any extra required parts are not included in price.  Since every job is unique, prices could be slightly higher than listed, and are subject to change without notice.  A 1 year warranty is included on all labor.  Any parts are covered by the manufacturer's warranty.  Payment is due on the following schedule, unless otherwise specified: 10% upon contract signing, 50% on first day of work, and 40% upon completion of work.  Payment is accepted in form of cash or check.
